These terms govern the use of the site luxelashbar.com and the provision of eyelash extension and maintenance services by Luxelashbar. They apply to any natural or legal person accessing the site or benefiting from our services.

Luxelashbar offers classic and Russian volume eyelash extension services, aftercare treatments, maintenance advice, and training. Each service is performed by qualified professionals in compliance with current hygiene standards. Results may vary depending on individual client characteristics.

Appointments are confirmed after payment of a 30% deposit. Any cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit. In case of a delay of more than 15 minutes, Luxelashbar reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the service without a refund.

Luxelashbar disclaims all liability in the event of an allergic reaction not reported by the client before the service, failure to follow aftercare instructions, or damage caused by third-party products. Our liability is limited to the amount of the service in question.

We strictly adhere to hygiene protocols: disinfection of equipment, use of disposable products for each client, wearing gloves and a mask. Any client with a visible eye or skin infection will be refused service for safety reasons.
